How does the on-demand pre-order system work?
To promote sustainable production, we offer items for pre-order before they are manufactured. By purchasing on-demand, you receive a significant discount while helping us reduce overproduction and fashion waste.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For in-stock items, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, ALOHAS ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What materials do you use for your footwear?
We are committed to quality and sustainability. Most of our footwear is handcrafted in Spain using LWG-certified leather, recycled materials, and vegan alternatives where specified.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase; after that, we may be unable to stop the shipment, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
