Returns & Exchanges

At ALOHAS, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. Please ensure all products are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Access the Return Portal

  Visit our online return center and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your original reusable packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
